Overview

Recruitment Administrator – Basildon, Essex, United Kingdom. Permanent, full-time, hybrid working from home and on our Basildon site (3 days in the office, 2 days working from home per week). Salary: £22,500 per annum.

Key Responsibilities

* Supporting a team of onboarding partners who process applications from new mortgage firms to join the Stonebridge Network, and provide admin support to help the team.
* Process applications to standard and within timelines.


Responsibilities (Detailed)

* Knowing the full criteria, requirements and timelines for processes covered within the Onboarding Department.
* Providing support for Senior Onboarding Partners and completing processes within a timely manner.
* Assisting with completing the processing of all applications (new Introducer and Licence requests, as well as Admin cases) to standard and schedule.
* Flagging workloads to Senior OB Partner / OB Manager where capacity may impact timely completion and agreeing contingency measures.
* Managing incoming calls/emails to standards and within timelines.


More Responsibilities

* Monitoring the volumes and turnaround times of calls and emails.
* Ensuring own items are completed within expected timelines.
* Flagging workload issues to Senior OB Partner / OB Manager where needed.
* Ensuring member update requests are processed within standard timelines (e.g. reference requests, leavers, etc.).


Knowledge, Skills and Attributes

* Reliable, enthusiastic, quick to learn.
* Admin experience or good transferable skills for admin.
* Organised.
* Good team player.
* Good verbal and written communication skills.
* Efficient and accurate keyboard skills.
* Strong attention to detail.
