Responsibilities
* Conduct in-person competence assessments for learners working towards the Level 2 Adult Social Care Certificate.
* Complete detailed, high-quality reports for each observation.
* Attend remote standardisation meetings and contribute to team discussions.
* Provide motivational and constructive feedback to learners to support their development.
* Manage your own time and schedule, ensuring assessments are conducted efficiently.
Essential Experience and Qualifications
* Proven experience delivering Level 2 and Level 3 Health and Social Care qualifications.
* Hold the D32/D33, TAQA, or A1 Assessor qualification.
* Current practical experience in adult health and social care settings.
* Occupational experience in learning disabilities, autism, and elderly care.
* Ability and willingness to travel for face to face observations.
* Hold a minimum Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care (NVQ, Diploma, or Apprenticeship).
