As a Salesforce Developer (Agentforce / Field Service), you'll be a key member of their delivery team - designing, developing, and deploying scalable Salesforce solutions across industries including Retail, Manufacturing, and Utilities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and customise Agentforce / Field Service Lightning solutions using Apex, LWC, and Flows.
* Integrate Salesforce with external systems (REST / SOAP APIs, middleware).
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate client requirements into technical designs.
* Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and Agile delivery.
Skills & Experience
* 3-5 years' Salesforce development experience, ideally within a consultancy or partner setup.
* Expertise in Field Service Cloud (Agentforce) and Sales Cloud.
* Strong skills in Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and API integrations.
* Salesforce Platform Developer I required; Field Service Consultant / PDII preferred.
* Strong communicator with client-facing experience.
