Emergency Response Workers (no experience required) DuraTeam Global is looking to build a hotlist of reliable operatives to support emergency water distribution work across Devon, Cornwall and Bristol. We support the water industry during incidents by rapidly setting up and running emergency water distribution sites, helping customers access bottled water while issues are resolved. About the Work: Ad‑hoc, as‑and‑when work (no guaranteed hours). Short‑notice mobilisation may be required. Shifts can occur early mornings, evenings, nights, or weekends. Locations vary depending on incident area. No long‑term commitment – you choose when to work. Typical Duties: Setting up and operating drive‑through water collection sites. Assisting members of the public in a safe and professional manner. Loading, unloading, and distributing bottled water. Maintaining site safety and organisation during incidents. Roles We Are Recruiting For: Telehandler Operators (valid licence required). Van Drivers (must have own van). Ground Operatives to assist with site setup and operation. Pay & Engagement: Rates of pay vary depending on role, location, and duration of each job. You will only be contacted when work is available.
