The Role:
Blackpool and The Fylde College (B&FC) is seeking a committed and forward-thinking Programme Leader in Engineering at Energy HQ to deliver high-quality education to Degree Apprentices. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of engineering education at one of the UK’s leading technical colleges.
We are particularly keen to hear from candidates with a background in electrical and electronic engineering, although we welcome applicants from across the broader STEM disciplines – including general engineering, science, and mathematics.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
2. Leading the design, development, and delivery of innovative, inclusive curriculum for Degree Apprentices.
3. Coordinating day-to-day operations of engineering programmes, ensuring high standards of teaching and learning.
4. Monitoring and improving key quality metrics such as attendance, retention, and student success.
5. Supporting recruitment, interviews, open days, and curriculum events.
