Teaching Personnel are recruiting passionate Specialist Education Teacher to work within specialist provisions, supporting pupils with additional, emotional, and behavioural needs. The Role
You’ll support pupils with SEN & SEMH, to include Autism, sensory and communication needs, mental health needs, and behavioural needs, through:
* Classroom-based teaching
* 1:1 and small-group support
* Day-to-day, short-term, and long-term roles
* Creating and implementing individual learning plans for students
* Maintaining an awareness of safeguarding protocols at all times
You’ll help create calm, safe, and engaging environments using consistent behaviour strategies and flexible, creative teaching approaches.
About You
* Qualified Teacher with SEN/SEMH experience
* Calm, empathetic, and confident teaching across subjects
* Passionate about inclusive education and pupil wellbeing
* Strong communicator and team player
* Resilient and strong behaviour management skills
