Human Resources Consultants
Salary: £39,152 - £41,771

About the role:
* You’llwork closely with a dedicated HR and OD Business Partner, becoming a trusted expert in the services you support.
* You’llempower managers and colleagues with inclusive, people-first advice that helps them thrive.
* You’llcollaborate across the wider HR team to deliver impactful solutions that support Salford’s residents.
* You’llchampion continuous improvement and equip leaders with the tools to lead theSalford Way.
We’relooking for someone who:
* Has a background in HR casework
* Thrives in a varied role and enjoys helping leaders shape and deliver their people plans.
* Communicates with confidence and builds strong, influential relationships.
* Brings empathy, integrity, and a commitment to inclusion and innovation.
* Has solid employment law knowledge and can manage complex ER cases with care and clarity.
