About The Role
We are thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for a Warehouse Key Operative – Nights to become a vital part of our Warehouse Team at our produce facility in Sittingbourne. If you are passionate about production and eager to contribute to a dynamic team, this role is perfect for you!
Location: IPL Sittingbourne – Site Based Role. Contract Type: Permanent. Schedule: 4 on 4 off (Nights) – 7pm to 7am.
Responsibilities
* Provide accurate and prompt picking, packing and dispatch of depot warehouse goods, ensuring the highest standards of health and safety at all times.
* Receipt and checking of incoming stock in line with company goods in process, ensuring all label and temperature disciplines are completed and product is correctly located within the warehouse.
* Ensure all relevant paperwork (Goods In/Goods Out/Picking) is completed fully at all times; dispose of waste safely and in line with company processes.
* Undertaking MHE truck duties as required, performing daily safety checks and observing company warehouse guidelines.
Qualifications
* Previous experience of working in a fast‑paced environment, specifically within a warehouse, manufacturing, pack house or produce background.
* Forklift truck licence and good understanding of warehousing/store processes and procedures, plus manual handling training.
* Ability to work under pressure, good attention to detail, and strong communication skills.
