Manufacturing Operative / Southampton / £15 per hour Our client, a leader in the Aerospace industry, is looking for a Manufacturing Operative focused on innovation and excellence to join their team in Southampton. The role will be to support various processes in line with their Southampton site Manufacturing Process Instructions, ensuring all products are delivered to their customers in line with their quality procedures. The role: Work in line with business processes and procedures, SAP, and local Inspection standard Operating processes Accurately perform the required Manufacturing Processes in line with the site Quality Procedures Control and Process all relevant Manufacturing & Quality documentation Support inventory checks. Maintain inventory accuracy and batch traceability All training for the roles advised will be provided What we are looking for: You must be computer literate and be able to complete set tasks accurately & precisely. Neat and tidy work ethic in line with 5s principles Manually dexterous. Must be prepared to work as part of small, closely knit team who can work unsupervised to complete set tasks.
