You will be required to work the following days: Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays. We are looking to cover 24 hours per week, permanent. The rate of pay will be between £13.61 per hour.

The Role
As a Supervisor, you’ll oversee the running of the busy sales floor, motivate and coach your team of sales assistants to unlock their full sales potential and ensure our customers enjoy a personalised, meaningful shopping experience. You’ll champion our brand values of Dream, Dare, Care, and Deliver and take ownership of daily store operations. Enjoying a fast-paced, sometimes high-pressured retail environment is essential. Supervisors will lead by example, so you will have your own personal KPIs and sales targets.
What You’ll Do
* Sales floor: Hold daily team briefs, share store KPIs, and motivate the team to beat these targets.
* Drive exceptional service through role-modelling our selling ceremony and deliver on KPIs.
* Perform store walks; understand the importance of commerciality and how this shapes in-store visual merchandising.
* Monitor sales performance and take actions to support team success.
* Handle serious complaints escalated with professionalism and care.
* Personal sales: Build the bond with our brand and customers by answering queries, providing exemplary service, and adapting your approach to individual needs.
* Use deep product knowledge and storytelling to create personal, unforgettable experiences and to inspire love for Pandora’s sustainability, design, and craftsmanship.
* Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets by using effective selling skills; focus on up-selling, UPT, ATV, conversion and productivity.
* Store operations: Act as key holder for the store and carry out opening/closure procedures.
* Cashing up and reconciling till systems.
* Assist store management with administrative duties including recruitment and conducting investigations and disciplinary hearings if required.
* Assist with product and POS deliveries; unloading and storing in the correct spaces.
* Operate the till system, handling financial transactions including returns and exchanges, and manage escalations from the wider team.
* Maintain safety by following company security policies and procedures on the shop floor.
The Successful Candidate

Prior experience with a leading brand and/or desirable consumer product retailing is preferred. If you are a senior sales assistant, or current supervisor looking for your next challenge, this could be the opportunity for you.
