You should apply if you have:
You will have completed a Mechanical Engineering apprenticeship as a Die Maintenance Technician, Toolmaker or CNC operator with experience in the manufacture & maintenance of Press or Injection Moulding tooling as well as experience of problem solving and implementing countermeasures. Tool design modification and try out experience also a benefit.
1. You will possess an ONC, BTEC or NVQ Level 3 in a mechanical engineering discipline.
2. You will be proud of your existing maintenance or toolmaking experience in a manufacturing environment.
3. You will be proactive, organised, self-motivated and reliable.
4. You are a team player who willingly shares information and develops other members of staff.You are competent at communicating in both written and verbal domains.

13. Hem die function / maintenance.
OR alternatively, a strong mechanical engineering background with experience in CNC machining / programming.
14. You will have experience of CNC machining and programming languages using 3 or 5 axis milling machines.CAD/CAM including AutoCAD, Delcam, NX (or equivalent to these).Reverse engineering.
