Responsibilities
* Manage daily office operations and ensure a welcoming environment for staff and visitors.

* Maintain accurate records and filing systems, both physical and digital.
* Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members.
* Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional manner.
* Support the team with various administrative tasks, including data entry and inventory management.
* Perform heavy lifting as necessary to assist with office supplies or equipment relocation.
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and project coordination.
Requirements
* Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position is preferred.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or equivalent software.
* Ability to perform heavy lifting when required.
