Salt is excited to collaborate with one of the worlds largest Travel Corporations as they seek to hire a new Accessibility Operations Manager to support their team on an ASAP starting, minimum 6 month contract opportunity.

In this role, you'll oversee and coordinate a multi-team operational workstream to ensure they hit an ambitious, leadership-backed supply target.
This is not a strategy-only role
- it's highly operational, execution-driven, and cross-functional.
You'll work across engagement, analytics, photography, legal, and international operations teams to manage a high-volume engagement funnel and drive measurable impact.
Key Role Details: Own and coordinate a large-scale accessibility supply initiative Manage outreach campaigns to thousands of existing customers Oversee a multi-stage operational funnel Monitor dashboards and engagement data to drive smart operational pivots Identify drop-off points and recommend improvements Present progress updates and insights to leadership Support accessibility-focused engagement events (virtual and occasional in-person) Contribute ideas to help scale accessibility efforts beyond the project Key Skills needed: You're someone who: Has 3-7 years of experience in operations, program management, operations, or similar Is extremely organised and comfortable managing multiple moving parts Can independently drive execution across cross-functional teams Is confident working with data to inform decisions Is comfortable presenting updates to stakeholders Thrives in a fast-paced, slightly chaotic (but exciting! xxuwjjq ) environment Is flexible with time zones and occasional cross-regional collaboration While not required, we're especially interested in candidates who genuinely connect with this mission.
Have experience working in accessibility, disability inclusion, or community engagement/ may have lived experience of disability or hold a personal or professional connection to accessibility advocacy Feel comfortable discussing accessibility topics with external stakeholders
