Global Opportunities Assistant (Outgoing)
Interviews expected to be held week commencing 26th January 2026.
This role will be based on the university campus with scope for it to be undertaken in a hybrid manner. We are also open to discussing flexible working arrangements.

You will provide high level administrative support to a busy student-facing team managing all aspects of global opportunities at the University. This position will play an integral role in supporting the range of opportunities we have with a focus on outgoing study abroad placements. You will also provide support to the wider Global Opportunities team and work with external partners to maintain relationships and to provide effective support to students during their time abroad.
You will be a strong team player who is flexible, highly organised and has a commitment to providing a quality service. You will have excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills and be able to work under pressure.
* 26 days holiday plus approx.16 Bank Holidays/days that the University is closed by custom (including Christmas) – That’s 42 days a year!
