An opportunity has arisen for a motivated individual to join our Community Hospital Team to provide skilled, clinical, and effective care.
The post holder will support trained nurses and other healthcare professionals in delivering the highest standards of patient-focused care.
Main duties of the job
Improve the quality of fundamental aspects of health and social care for people who are acutely or chronically ill, frail, or disabled.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally encouraged to apply.

Person Specification
Qualifications and/or Knowledge
* Basic numeracy and literacy skills.
* Level 2 in health and social care or equivalent experience.
* Completion of all Wales Induction Framework.
Experience
* Relevant experience to fulfill the requirements of the post.
* Experience of dealing with the public.
