Sales & Customer Service Administrator required for a leading Manufacturing client in Derby.
Due to continued growth an experienced Sales /Customer Service administrator is required to join a small and friendly team.
As a Sales Administrator you will carry out a wide range of duties including :
* Ensuring orders are processed and quotes are sent in a timely manner.
* Maintain the CRM
* Track leads
* Convert quotes to sales orders.
* Dealing with email/telephone quote requests
* Preparation of quotations for our products and services
* Processing incoming orders/Emailing Quotations
* Sending purchase orders
Key Skills
* Internal Sales experience (preferably from a Manufacturing background)
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external points of contact.
* Excellent IT Skills (MS Office - Word, Excel and Outlook)
Salary: £24,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
Mon- Fri (8-hour shift)
