Job Title: Production Operative (Machinist) \nJob Type: Contract \nIR35 Status: Inside IR35\nStart Date: Subject to clearance \nDuration: 12 Months \nPay Rate: Up to £17.92 per hour PAYE \nLocation: Derby, Castle Donnington \nHybrid/Remote Working: On site role\nHours of work: 39 hours per week on shifts (6am-2pm and 2pm-10pm) alternating weekly\n\nCore responsibilities are to adhere to and meet the Departments Production Output to the work Schedules. Work to instruction given by Line Managers, Production Coordinator and Management to meet the requirements set out in the Company Values and Mission Statement.\n\nRole Information:\n* Maintain/manage data and input accordingly onto the system\n* Utilise production fixtures in order to manufacture products\n* Use inspection fixtures and gauges to meet product quality standards\n* Display competency in visual inspection methods\n* Refer to Quality procedures\n* Read and interpret drawings to enable manufacture\n* Maintain strategic consumable products within the working area\n* Attend regular meetings to discuss issues around quality\n* Report any issues which effect production\n* Receive workload allocated from line manager and put this into practice\n\nQualifications/Experience Required: \n* Competent in the visual inspection methods\n* Able to refer to Quality Procedures\n* Experience of machining and Fabrication and/or metal parts ma...
