SEND Science Teacher Location: Somerset Start Date: September 2025 (New Academic Year) TeacherActive is working in partnership with a specialist SEND provision in Somerset, seeking a committed and compassionate SEND Science Teacher to join their team from September 2025. This setting supports pupils across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, Autism (ASD), and additional learning needs. Many pupils have experienced barriers to mainstream education and benefit from a structured, supportive environment where relationships and consistency are key. As a SEND Science Teacher, you will deliver adapted, engaging, and meaningful science lessons that support both academic progress and pupils’ emotional development, helping them to re-engage with learning and build confidence.
