This role plays a vital part in our global certification and assurance business, focusing on sectors such as transportation, technology, manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, extractive industries, or other high-hazard processes. While most work will be US-based, there are opportunities for international assessments across all regions. Overall Job Purpose
Lead assessments for ERM CVS, including audits for ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001, GHG verification, and data assurance, both onshore and offshore, as well as responsible stewardship standards for sites and supply chains.
Main Responsibilities
* Lead assessments, prepare reports, and conclude assessments according to ERM CVS procedures.
* Support and develop junior assessors.
* Participate in the assessment team, share knowledge, identify business growth opportunities, and contribute to the development of ERM CVS tools and processes.
* Manage projects by coordinating client assignments, developing proposals, and ensuring timely delivery.
Experience
* Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, including conducting and leading operational site audits, developing or assessing management systems for EHS performance, and experience within heavy industries like Oil & Gas, Mining, or other high-hazard sectors.
* Influence skills at all organizational levels, team leadership, and strong project management.
* Relevant technical or scientific degree.
* Excellent communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus.
