We are looking for an Assistant Environmental Sustainability Manager – LTC, to join our Infrastructure team in Kent.
What you'll do:
1. Providing environmental training to staff.
2. Recording and communicate the progress of the environmental works.
3. Assisting in the review of method statements.
4. Monitoring and updating the environmental manager on the progress of pre-construction surveys.
5. Assessing and checking survey results and updating information systems and management plans with new information and communicating change to relevant disciplines.
What you'll bring to the role:
6. Degree level in appropriate Environmental or relevant discipline or equivalent (e.g. NVQ).
7. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail to identify environmental risks and mitigation measures.
8. Excellent communication skills with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
9. Experience of the Development Consent Order process.
10. IT literacy, able to adapt quickly to new software and systems.
