The Role
We are looking for an Account Manager to oversee the delivery of multi-channel media activity across a diverse portfolio of clients.
You will be responsible for delivering campaigns that meet and exceed client objectives, working closely with senior stakeholders and internal teams.
The role involves managing campaign planning, negotiation, buying, reporting, and overall delivery. You will also act as a key point of knowledge within the business, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive response to client briefs.
A strong commercial mindset is important, with the ability to identify opportunities for growth and additional services.
Fluent English (written and spoken) is essential; additional European languages are advantageous.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan, buy, activate and manage media campaigns across digital and offline channels
* Manage multiple client accounts within the Financial Services sector
* Build and maintain strong relationships with media owners and partners
* Analyse campaign performance to optimise ongoing activity and inform future strategy
* Take ownership of accounts and deliver data-led media recommendations
* Support new business pitches alongside the wider team
* Mentor and support junior team members
* Coordinate creative asset delivery ahead of campaign launches
The Person
* 3+ years’ experience in a media agency or client-side marketing role
* Proven experience planning and buying multi-channel media campaigns
* Strong understanding of the evolving media landscape
* Familiarity with industry research tools (e.g. audience and media measurement platforms)
* Ability to evaluate media opportunities and present strategic recommendations
* High standard of client service and communication skills
