About Us: As part of CACI, Datalynx is a market-leading UK data services provider with more than 20 years experience specialising in secure, end-to-end data migration, integration, data quality and data architecture solutions. We partner with public sector organisations, including the Home Office, UK police forces and law enforcement, as well as private enterprises and software vendors to solve complex data challenges with precision and confidence. The Datalynx Academy: The Datalynx Academy is an innovative programme designed for individuals who want to gain practical experience working with data and explore potential career pathways within the field. Successful candidates will work alongside our industry professionals, gaining knowledge and insight into a range of data-driven roles and functions while contributing to real project tasks and working across Datalynxs current portfolios in the Home Office, policing and data migration. As part of the programme, candidates will receive access to training and regular feedback on their performance which can be used to further develop their learning and career progression. The placements issued through the Academy will comprise four months of paid employment, with a mixture of home-based and on-site working. Candidates will also receive pro rata leave calculated from an annual baseline of 25 days. The programme does not guarantee a permanent role, but strong performance may lead to further opportunities. Wed love to hear from you if you have either: A STEM degree (final year or recently graduated) Relevant technical qualifications Or transferable experience from the workplace During the placement, you will have the opportunity to rotate across a range of data focussed roles including Data Migration, Data Engineering, Data/Business Analysis, Data Architecture & DevOps Engineering. The focus of your placement may evolve in line with your strengths and interests. To qualify for this, you must be a British passport holder and have lived permanently in the UK for the last 5 years. Recruitment Timeline: April to May 2026: Initial telephone interviews completed.
