Main duties of the job
The post holder is responsible for the delivery of care and supervision of non-registered staff involved in all aspects of the caring process. The post-holder will assist in setting and maintaining standards of care, ensuring effective integration with the multidisciplinary team, and facilitating a collaborative approach to patient-focused care.

Job Description
Key Roles And Responsibilities:
* Administer and manage medicines according to policy and local protocol. Assess patient response and provide advice and education to junior staff, patients, and carers regarding prescribed medicines.
* Support and guide junior or less experienced staff in planning and delivering care.
* Maintain the therapeutic milieu, supervise and support others, and plan clinical activities aligned with service needs.
* Take prompt action on changes in patient condition, liaise with the multidisciplinary team, review nursing care, and communicate any amendments.
* Develop skills in specific interventions relevant to the clinical area and lead in developing nursing practice.

* Valid nursing (RMN) registration qualification
