The Role
Are you detail-oriented, organised, and passionate about finance? Blum UK is looking for an enthusiastic Accounts Assistant to support our dynamic Finance team. This is a varied role where you'll play a key part in keeping our accounts running smoothly and efficiently.
* Perform bank reconciliations and resolve payment queries
* Analyse and release orders based on credit limits
* Manage vendor statements, invoices, and credit card expenses
* Coordinate with internal teams and external sales on overdue accounts
* Reconcile Shopify accounts and internal expenses
* Maintain accurate financial records and sustainability data
* Support with CRM tasks, marketing allowances, and vendor contracts
* Handle returns, machine loan credits, and mileage logs
* Assist with ad hoc finance-related tasks
Knowledge & Experience
* Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
* Excellent attention to detail and time management
* Ability to work independently and problem-solve
* Proficiency in accounting software (e.g. SAP) and Microsoft Office
* Experience in vendor management and reconciliation processes
