Job Description
We are currently recruiting for a Paralegal to join our first-class Industrial Disease and Military team in Manchester.
Our Disease team handles a wide range of matters, including (but not limited to) asbestos (mesothelioma and other relates illnesses), hearing loss and deafness, skin cancer and respiratory diseases/illnesses. We also deal with military claims such as and not limited to Non-freezing cold injuries, noise induced hearing loss, PTSD military accident cases and AFCS claims.
We are looking for those who can support our fee earners with handling client matters, offering a high level of care, ensuring compliance with the National Practice Standards. The successful applicant will also be expected to manage financial aspects of matters, including time recording, billing and debtor management, enabling both their own personal fee budget, along with supporting the fee earners with theirs.
