Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)
Shift patterns: Monday - Friday. 08:00-16:00. (Possible flexibility.)
Location: EMG, Derby, DE74 2BF

Responsibilities
* Inspecting, testing, and quality‑checking products within a warehouse or workshop environment.
* Supporting repair, staging, configuration, picking, and packing activities.
* Identifying, recording, and managing non‑conformances in line with quality standards.
* Using warehouse management systems to track work and maintain accurate records.
* Supporting root cause analysis and continuous improvement activities.
Qualifications and Experience
* Experience in a workshop, warehouse, or quality‑focused environment.
* Experience with technical drawings (reading and understanding them), as well as measuring tools.
* Strong attention to detail and pride in doing things right.
* Comfortable working with systems and following defined processes.
* Enjoy problem solving and identifying opportunities to improve quality.
* Focused on continuous improvement in everything they do.
