Key Responsibilities:

* Provide professional insurance advice and quotes for new and existing customers.
* Manage policy administration including new business, renewals, and adjustments.
* Deliver a friendly, efficient, and compliant service at all times.
* Support the wider team to achieve sales and service targets.
* Suggest improvements to systems and processes to enhance performance.
* Stay up to date with product and industry knowledge through ongoing learning.
