Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Fabricator/Welder with C&C Baseline Architectural Ltd, located in Standish. The Fabricator/Welder will be responsible for fabricating and welding metal components based on technical drawings and specifications. Day-to-day tasks include cutting, bending, assembling, and welding materials to create high-quality finished products. The role also includes interpreting and implementing design plans, using power tools and machinery, and performing quality checks to ensure compliance with company standards.
Qualifications
Proficiency in welding techniques such as MIG, TIG, or arc welding, and familiarity with materials like stainless steel, mild steel, brass and aluminum.
Experience with metal fabrication processes, including cutting, bending, and assembly of components.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and design plans.
Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure the quality and precision of finished products.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to troubleshooting during the fabrication process.
Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
Experience in a manufacturing or production environment is an advantage.
Relevant certifications in welding or metalwork, and a commitment to adhering to safety standards.
