As Service Delivery Manager, you will be at the heart of this change.
As a Service Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of one or two services within the Care Group. Working closely with Clinical Leads, Matrons, and senior managers, you will:
* Provide visible leadership and foster a culture of inclusion, wellbeing, and continuous improvement.
* Ensure services meet national and local performance standards, including RTT, UEC, and cancer targets.
* Manage budgets, resources, and workforce planning to deliver safe, efficient, and cost-effective care.
* Lead service transformation projects, supporting digital innovation and data-driven decision-making.
* Oversee governance, risk management, and compliance with CQC and NHS standards.
* Champion patient experience and staff engagement, embedding feedback into service improvement

What we’re looking for
* Educated to Master’s level or equivalent experience
* Significant operational management experience, including managing large teams and budgets
* Strong understanding of NHS performance targets, governance, and risk management
* Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
* Ability to manage priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
