As Quality Assurance Lead for the Operational Training Department, you will be responsible for the creation and management of a robust training and scheduling plan across departments, which aligns with all stakeholders and also regulatory requirements. You will oversee the accurate delivery of all training materials and also that record keeping meets quality & assurance standards. It is also important to maintain and develop records which report data on areas such as costs, productivity and income streams.
This will involve responsibilities including
10. Accountable for ensuring all mandatory training is scheduled within the regulatory timeframes.
11. Accountable to develop all training materials across operational departments to meet best practice & quality assurance standards.
12. Responsible for reviewing audit outcomes and ensure corrective action taken to improve, develop and continually improve.
13. Lead Internal Quality Assurance within the department, accountable for ensuring compliance with the Quality Assurance Strategy, and collaborate with the Operations Training Manager to establish and embed across all in operational departments.
14. Accountable for the management of individual colleague training files to ensure all are up to date in line with best practise and, where required, EU and UK Department for Transport/CAA regulations.
You
Comprehensive knowledge and experience of people management
· Experience of working in a regulated environment
· Strong IT and communication skills
· Relationship building and strong interpersonal skills
Extensive understanding of a regulated and operations training environment
· CIN holder, or ability to work towards.
· Good decision maker under pressure
. The ability to analyse data and make data led decisions
. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
