I am currently recruiting for a passionate Junior Sous Chef to join a well-established, quality-focused country hotel and restaurant known for its seasonal menus and strong farm-to-fork philosophy.
This is an excellent opportunity for a strong Chef de Partie ready to step up or an existing Junior Sous Chef looking to develop within a professional, supportive brigade.

The Role:
Support the Senior Kitchen Team in delivering high-quality, fresh food
Assist with the day-to-day running of the kitchen
Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen organisation
Help train and support junior chefs
Contribute to menu development using seasonal ingredients
Ensure consistency and presentation standards are always met
What We're Looking For:
Experience as a Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef within a quality hotel or restaurant
Passion for fresh, seasonal, and locally sourced produce
Strong work ethic and positive team attitude
Good organisational and communication skills
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
