We are delighted to be working with a well-established and reputable business that is looking to recruit a Facilities Technician on a temporary 12-week contract to provide building and maintenance support to the department.
Position Details:
* Role: Facilities Technician (formerly referred to as Facilities Assistant)
* Hours: 36.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday
* Start Date: As soon as possible
Responsibilities:
1. Carrying out repairs and building maintenance
2. Ensuring a high standard of Health & Safety at all times
3. Installing equipment and furniture
4. Managing meeting room arrangements
5. Dealing with onsite contractors
Ideal Candidate:
* Experience in a building maintenance role
* IT literate, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
* Experience in decision-making and problem-solving
