Job Description
We are searching for an experienced and hands-on Employer Branding Manager to build a unique employer brand and recruitment marketing strategy globally, with a particular focus on the UK, Ireland, USA, and India. This person will be an accomplished employer brand builder who understands how to articulate an attractive Employer Value Proposition (EVP) that connects Version 1 to the best talent, making it stand out while appreciating the nuances of working in a technology services business where our people are our differentiators.
1. Develop and execute a comprehensive employer brand strategy aligned with business objectives. This should be continuously evaluated and refined based on feedback and market dynamics.
2. Shape and drive Version 1’s EVP, building a lasting employer brand that captures Version 1’s DNA to attract top talent and drives an internal culture of pride.
3. Delivery of brand awareness as an employer of choice through targeted marketing campaigns, localised events, careers-focused digital marketing and other initiatives.
4. Collaborate with talent acquisition teams to develop realistic and compelling job descriptions and recruitment collateral.
5. Foster employee engagement and advocacy, empowering staff to become brand ambassadors and encouraging a power surge of culture through our values and goals.
6. Establish key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of employer branding initiatives, working to budget.
7. Provide ongoing ROI of programmes using a data approach - analysing metrics and generating insights to inform decision-making and optimise future strategies.
8. Partner with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure alignment and support for employer branding efforts and share stories of our culture, people, and ambition in the right way to different audiences.
9. Stay informed about emerging trends and tools in employer branding and talent acquisition to drive innovation.
10. Manage resources efficiently, including budget allocation, tools and choice of partners needed to deliver direct impact and results.
11. Manage submissions for tier I global employer recognition awards to highlight our strengths and unique USP.
Qualifications
12. Experience in managing submissions for tier I global employer recognition awards to highlight the organisation's strengths and unique selling propositions.
13. Proficiency in establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of employer branding initiatives.
14. Track record of strong collaboration skills with talent acquisition teams to develop realistic and compelling recruitment collateral.
15. Demonstrable employer brand or marketing experience and has successfully managed employer brand strategy and deliverables previously within the Technology Industry.
16. Experience in shaping and driving Employer Value Proposition (EVP) to create a lasting employer brand that reflects the company's DNA and attracts top talent.
17. Decisive and has gravitas, able to prioritise the most impactful activities using data to inform decisions and excels at working on multiple projects with diverse stakeholder groups.
18. Excellent influencing and relationship-building skills, comfortable as a business partner to talent acquisition teams and marketing and experienced in navigating large, fast-growing organisations.
19. Proven ability in high-quality, accurate and original content creation and marketing disciplines required to amplify a strong EVP.
20. Experience of employer brand or marketing experience within three of the following areas UK, Ireland, USA, or India.
