Commercial Finance Manager

£70,000-£80,000k + Bonus + Benefits
A leading London-based property and development business is looking to appoint a high-calibre Commercial Finance Manager to support the financial and operational performance of major residential developments.
This is a commercially focused business partnering role, working closely with senior project stakeholders to drive profitability, manage risk, and provide clear financial insight across complex, high-value projects.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead project forecasting, budgeting, and cashflow management
• Partner with operational leadership to support strategic decision-making
• Deliver accurate reporting and commercial analysis across developments
• Monitor project performance, risks, and cost exposure
• Oversee VAT and project-related tax considerations
• Review pricing, sales performance, and development appraisals
• Support subcontractor financial assessments and tender analysis
• Mentor and review junior finance team members
Candidate Profile
• ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified
• Experience within property, construction, real estate, or project-led sectors
• Strong commercial finance and business partnering capability
• Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills
• Confident engaging with senior stakeholders across finance and operations
• Analytical, proactive, and commercially astute
