Job Title: Deputy Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Deputy Manager to join our team in Liverpool. As a Deputy Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Manager in the day-to-day operations of our domiciliary care services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in care management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for providing high-quality care to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:

Support the Manager in the overall management and supervision of the care team
*
Ensure that all care services are delivered in accordance with company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory standards
*
Assist in the recruitment, training, and development of care staff
*
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback and support to staff
*
Monitor and maintain the quality of care provided, identifying any areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes
*
Manage and maintain accurate records, including care plans, risk assessments, and staff schedules
*
Liaise with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure that their care needs are being met
*
Participate in on-call duties as required
*
Support the Manager in budget management and ensure that all financial targets are met
*
Promote a positive and inclusive working environment for all staff
Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years' experience in a care management role
*
NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification
*
Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations, such as CQC standards
*
Strong leadership and communication skills
*
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
*
Excellent organisational and time-management skills
*
Proficient in using computer systems and software
*
Flexible to work on a rota basis, including evenings and weekends
*
Must have uk driving license
