This is a high-visibility role in an environment that values doing things properly, learning from issues, and continuously improving how projects run. What you’ll be doing * Working with project teams to define quality expectations, documentation and deliverables * Supporting risk reviews and FMEA to identify issues early and put robust plans in place * Creating project-specific quality plans and ensuring they are followed throughout development * Running quality reviews at key project gates and milestones * Ensuring internal teams and suppliers are aligned to technical and compliance standards * Leading root cause analysis and corrective actions when non-conformance occurs * Owning documentation, traceability and verification evidence * Encouraging a culture of continuous improvement across engineering and project teams What you’ll need * Experience working in a Quality or Project Quality role within engineering or manufacturing * Good understanding of ISO 9001 and structured quality assurance methods * Hands-on experience with FMEA, 8D, RCA or similar problem-solving tools * Able to communicate clearly and influence cross-functional teams * Strong documentation discipline and attention to detail * A proactive, solutions-first mindset, not a box-ticker Bonus but not essential: experience supporting design / NPI projects or stage-gate lifecycle processes. What’s in it for you * A role that has genuine impact on how products are developed and delivered * Involvement from concept stage through to release, not just late-stage firefighting * Flexible environment that encourages ownership and improvement * Defined progression into senior quality, operational excellence or projects leadership pathways
