If you've got great customer service skills and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, this could be a perfect fit. What You'll Be Doing Talking to customers both in person and over the phone-clear communication is key. Keeping things running smoothly in the workshop by assigning work to our technicians promptly. Explaining repairs to customers in a way they'll understand and getting approval for the work. Ordering parts from suppliers and logging them into the system when they arrive. Managing email enquiries and booking in customer appointments. Supporting your team and managers with key admin tasks. Following company procedures and completing training as needed. What We're Looking For Solid experience in customer service-automotive industry experience is a bonus, but not a must. Confident on the phone and comfortable using computers. Someone who can stay calm under pressure and keep things moving. A team player who's ready to pitch in wherever needed.
