Role: Project Manager - Pharmaceutical Quality Centre of Excellence
Length: 6 Months
Location: Remote - UK based
Pay: Depending on experience
The Role
* Lead a large project to establish and operate a global team focused on quality in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
* Collaborate with senior leaders to plan the structure, needs, and objectives of the Centre of Excellence.
* Manage the project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and alignment with business needs.
* Coordinate with departments such as Quality, Regulatory, IT, and HR to ensure alignment and support.
* Standardize and improve quality systems and processes globally, including digital tools.
* Ensure compliance with global regulations and industry standards for safety and efficiency.
* Develop training and knowledge-sharing initiatives to promote high-quality practices.
* Monitor progress, evaluate success, and report to senior management.
Who you are:
* Experienced project manager (10+ years), preferably in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
* Proficient in managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
* Knowledgeable about pharmaceutical quality regulations and standards.
* Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
* Organized, with effective budget and risk management capabilities.
