I'm excited to be recruiting for a Technical Coordinator on behalf of a national housebuilder who are experiencing significant growth across Kent. Based in the Sevenoaks area, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a business at an exciting time, with ambitious plans for 2026 and a promising pipeline of new schemes.
The Role
You'll coordinate all technical aspects across three live housing developments totalling nearly 500 units, ranging from a 67-unit scheme to a major 231-unit development. This is a genuinely varied role where you'll be at the heart of technical delivery, working across mixed tenure schemes with houses and apartments.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Managing technical coordination across three concurrent developments (67, 100+, and 231 units)
* Liaising with architects, structural engineers, and external consultants
* Ensuring compliance with building regulations, planning conditions, and NHBC standards
* Coordinating design information between commercial, construction, and sales teams
* Managing design queries, RFIs, and technical problem-solving
* Supporting Building Control approvals and warranty sign-offs
* Working with utility providers and adoption authorities
* Assisting with technical input on upcoming schemes in the planning pipeline
