* Build Tools and Guidelines: Develop tools and establish guidelines that create consistency, speed, and quality across system engineering practices.
* Architect and Design: Shape the design and architecture of Paebbl’s technologies and products, contributing to the innovation core.
* Mentor and Champion: Guide and inspire system engineers within our digital teams, promoting best practices across the organization.
* Collaborate Across Disciplines: Engage with engineers, scientists, and business leaders to drive cross-functional, knowledge-based solutions.
