Are you looking for a fast paced and rewarding role?
We have a great opportunity for a Recruitment Officer to provide administration support to our Recruitment Partners. You will support the recruitment function in all aspects of the recruitment journey from advert to commencement. You should be able to work on your own initiative and will need to have excellent communication and organisational skills. Our ideal candidate will have experience in general office/administrative duties with frontline reception experience, high level of attention to detail, a good level of literacy and numeracy skills and a working knowledge of Microsoft office.
The role will be at our Ipswich Hospital site, the office is open 8am - 5pm and you will be required to work with colleagues to ensure there is adequate cover for this period. You may be required to work at our other office locations in Ipswich & Colchester as and when required.

Main duties
* You will be responsible for processing recruitment activity via our Trac applicant tracking system.
* Undertake pre employment checks to required standard and chase outstanding information as necessary.
* Provide administration support to the recruitment team.
* You will be the first point of contact for the team, responding to queries in a timely manner and provide routine advice on recruitment issues, seeking advice from recruitment partners as necessary.
* Support with the conducting of ID checks with prospect employees to prove right to work and identity of new starters.
* Assist with the setting up of new employees on Employee Staff Record (ESR) system.
* Attend Trust induction to assist with onboarding of new starters.
* Support trust wide recruitment initiatives including attendance at recruitment events and job fairs.

* GCSE grade 5/C or equivalent in English and Maths
