Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Tour Guide / Driver holding a D1 license prefered located in Greater London. The Tour Guide + Driver will be responsible for conducting guided tours, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing a safe and comfortable travel experience. Additional duties include sharing historical knowledge, assisting with customer inquiries, and promoting tour packages. The role requires driving luxury mini-coaches through scenic routes.
Qualifications

* Can you engage with an audience and deliver Guided Tours and share historical knowledge
* Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
* Sales abilities to promote and enhance tour packages
* Professional driving qualifications including a valid D1 license
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
* Local knowledge of Shakespeare's England is a plus
* Previous experience in the tourism or hospitality industry is beneficial
