About the Role:
Working Connections is thrilled to partner with a rapidly expanding Clinical Waste Management company, a true leader in sustainability and service excellence We're seeking a dedicated and organized Transport Administrator to join their team and play a vital role in overseeing daily transport operations, ensuring efficiency and safety across the fleet.
Key Responsibilities:
* Debrief drivers post-shift, validating their work accurately.
* Proactively check in with drivers throughout the day, ensuring seamless operations.
* Efficiently allocate work for the next day, maintaining schedule accuracy and exceptional service quality.
* Provide comprehensive support to the team, resolving issues promptly and effectively.
Candidate Requirements:
* Proven transport experience in a transport office (minimum 2 years).
* Exceptional ability to remain calm under pressure and effectively solve problems.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively with drivers and management.

Essential Requirements:
* Must be able to drive (due to location)
* Minimum 2 years of experience in a previous transport office role
* Strong desire to learn and progress within the company
Working Hours & Shift Expectations: This is a predominantly daytime role, with typical working hours falling between 7:00am–4:00pm or 9:00am–6:00pm on a staggered rota basis shared across the team. Once fully up to speed, the successful candidate will be part of this rotating schedule alongside other team members to ensure seamless operational coverage. From time to time, there will be a requirement to cover the early shift (4:00am–1:00pm) when the usual early cover is on annual leave or unavailable. This responsibility is shared fairly across the wider team and ensures continued support for our drivers as they begin their routes, while also helping to resolve any logistical or system-related issues that may arise early in the day.
