Reporting to the Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and general upkeep of the care home buildings, equipment, and grounds. This role ensures the facilities remain safe, functional, and compliant with all regulatory standards, providing a comfortable and secure environment for residents, staff, and visitors.
