Your Responsibilities:
* Support the Registered Manager in all aspects of running the home, ensuring high-quality, person-centered care.
* Supervise and guide the care team, promoting best practices and professional development.
* Oversee the creation and implementation of individualized care plans to meet residents' needs.
* Conduct staff training, performance reviews, and ensure compliance with care standards.
* Ensure the home operates in full compliance with CQC regulations and policies.
* Build and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders.
* Assist with administrative tasks, including scheduling, audits, and care records.
About You:
* Proven experience in a leadership role within a care home or similar setting.
* NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or higher) or equivalent qualification.
* Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
* A compassionate and proactive approach to care management.
* Thorough understanding of CQC standards and care home operations.
* A passion for delivering high-quality care to elderly residents, particularly those living with dementia.
