I am currently working with Harlow District Council who are looking for an Interim Water Hygiene Improvement Consultant on a 12-month contract paying a rate of £550 per day, Outside IR35. Harlow Council is seeking an experienced and highly competent Water Hygiene Improvement Consultant to lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive water hygiene improvement programme across a diverse estate portfolio. The successful candidate will demonstrate a proven record of delivering measurable risk reduction in complex local authority environments, covering both housing and non-housing assets.
