Technical Project Manager - D365
Hybrid role (3 days a week in the Office)

Our global technical client is seeking a Technical Project Manager to oversee and manage the technical workstream of the CRM implementation from inception to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget. The manager will collaborate with stakeholders including development teams, clients, and senior management to deliver solutions meeting business objectives.
Responsibilities
1. Lead and manage multiple technical workstreams/developments simultaneously, ensuring alignment with overall programme strategy, plans, and company goals.
2. Lead the technical team including Technical Architect, Technical Product Specialist, and Technical Product Owner.
3. Develop detailed project plans covering scope, timelines, resources, and risk management, aligned with the overall programme.
4. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet project milestones and deliverables.
5. Serve as the key technical expert and decision-maker, aligning technical goals with team leads.
6. Communicate project status, updates, and risks effectively to stakeholders, maintaining transparency.
7. Identify, track, and mitigate project risks and issues to minimize impact on timelines and quality.
8. Requirements
9. Experience with best practices in development programmes, especially related to Microsoft D365, including pitfalls, risks, and mitigations.
10. Experience managing end-to-end CRM programmes.
11. Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager.
12. Knowledge of customer management processes.
13. Experience working with third-party partners.
14. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
15. A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to share and learn best practices.
16. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
17. Experience with data migration and integration in CRM projects.
