Associate Dentist – Private Only

We are looking for a confident and motivated Private Associate Dentist to join our established and forward-thinking practice in Airdrie, North Lanarkshire. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated dental professional who is looking to start their private dental journey and convert a large NHS list to private with the support of the practice team and Denplan.
The Opportunity
1. Private-only role
2. Up to 5 days per week
3. High demand for private treatments
4. Excellent earning potential based on performance
5. Full-time surgery availability Monday–Friday
This role is suitable for clinicians who can work independently. Overseas applicants are welcome only if no mentoring or supervision is required.

Key Responsibilities
12. Deliver high-quality private dental care
13. Build strong patient relationships and grow private uptake
14. Provide excellent patient experiences with a personalised approach
15. Maintain accurate clinical records
16. Work collaboratively with the wider practice team
17. Adhere to all clinical governance and health & safety regulations
About You
18. BDS or equivalent qualification
19. Current GDC registration and valid UK licence to practise
20. Experience in private dentistry
21. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
22. Patient-focused, detail-oriented, and clinically confident
23. Comfortable working in a fast-paced private environment
