Associate Dentist – Private Only
Bankhouse Dental Care, Airdrie | PortmanDentex
We are looking for a confident and motivated Private Associate Dentist to join our established and forward-thinking practice in Airdrie, North Lanarkshire. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated dental professional who is looking to start their private dental journey and convert a large NHS list to private with the support of the practice team and Denplan.
The Opportunity
* Private-only role
* Up to 5 days per week
* High demand for private treatments
* Excellent earning potential based on performance
* Full-time surgery availability Monday–Friday
This role is suitable for clinicians who can work independently. Overseas applicants are welcome only if no mentoring or supervision is required.

* Referrals currently sent out for: Orthodontics, Sedation, Oral Surgery and Complex implant cases
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver high-quality private dental care
* Build strong patient relationships and grow private uptake
* Provide excellent patient experiences with a personalised approach
* Maintain accurate clinical records
* Work collaboratively with the wider practice team
* Adhere to all clinical governance and health & safety regulations
About You
* BDS or equivalent qualification
* Current GDC registration and valid UK licence to practise
* Experience in private dentistry
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Patient-focused, detail-oriented, and clinically confident
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced private environment
