Job Title: Client Development Executive Job Purpose Responsible for the management, growth and retention of a portfolio of small to medium existing national Clients, in order to deliver and exceed individual, Existing Client Team and overall Love2shop Business’ (L2SB’) annual budget objectives. Principal Accountabilities/Main Responsibilities Manage the growth and retention of a portfolio of existing national clients by implementing agreed plans and activities to deliver the annual sales and contribution budget and targets Manage the portfolio and activities to contribute towards L2SB retention and margin budget and targets To identify, create and exploit opportunities within the portfolio of Clients, using product and market awareness to help position L2SB as a specialist incentive, reward and benefits provider in agreed industry sectors Position and promote L2SB as expert in supporting clients to attract and retain employees and customers across both reward and platform engagement solutions Collaborate closely with the Business Support Team, Credit Control Team and other stakeholders to ensure the right task is owned by the right function and to preserve proactive, outbound development activity Use online client meetings to formally and professionally present L2SB products and services Core Job Context A thorough understanding of the Company’s products and services to enable appropriate sector targeting and approach strategies Development of external working relationships with relevant 3rd parties to produce effective networking opportunities. Development and maintenance of effective working relationships with existing and potential clients by scheduled, professional communications. Determination of an opportunity’s commercial objectives, markets, competitors, issues and challenges to propose appropriate, profitable and deliverable solutions; typically these are stock product and service solutions, which are often reward-related via a single point of contact To ensure that all activity is communicated effectively to all internal colleagues in order to ensure an effective solution delivery All opportunities that require significant deviation from standard models or require development of existing solutions must be discussed with the HoCD Use of Salesforce as core resource for prioritising, targeting, updating and recording all client activity, with a particular focus on the use of Client Development Planners Assist where required to ensure that all employees receive an orientation to the Company and L2SB and that appropriate training is provided Contribute effectively to the performance management process for all staff which includes documenting of performance on an on-going basis, as well as attending an annual performance review Establish and promote respect and highlight the importance of professionalism in the workplace Attend and contribute regular team meetings to review progress Attend 1:1’s with Key Client Development Manager to discuss personal growth/development Support the preparation of business reports or other client, competitor or market feedback, as agreed Response to quotations or queries within agreed SLA’s Risk Management Adopt a risk management culture through the Division by implementing appropriate risk control procedures and policies; especially with regard to platforms, and compliance with GDPR Ensure all mandatory training is completed to time and quality expected Identify any potential operational and security risk associated Client programmes Raise and resolve issues/complaints within agree SLA any issues that may arise, and ensure that any compliance complaints are raised Adhere to all flexecash/ FCA rules and regulations, and to Legal, Compliance and HR policies and procedures What We Offer Competitive salary dependent on experience Commission based on the achievement of quarterly and annual targets.
