Join Our Team as a Junior Sous Chef

You will support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in delivering 14 excellent shifts per week, ensuring daily prep and that each dish is made to specification.

What You'll Bring
* Experience as a Junior Sous Chef or an experienced Chef ready to advance your career
* Experience working with fresh ingredients and strong kitchen skills (food prep, hot and cold, cleaning, knife skills, hygiene)
* Good communication skills and a team player attitude
* Self-motivated, able to work at pace with limited supervision
* Solid knowledge of allergen management, kitchen essentials, and Food Safety best practices
